Lydia graduated with a BA in Business Management from Hiram College and spent the last 10 years in the banking/financial services and FinTech industries. Throughout her career, Lydia has worked passionately to improve her client's experience as well as build confidence with consumers through asset protection and growth solutions. These efforts made her the recipient of the Star Power Award as well as becoming a corporate officer for her previous employers. She is a member of the local CFA, the national American Bankers Association and a current candidate for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Woman of the Year. Lydia’s hobbies include photography, CrossFit, singing and playing keyboard.
Jennifer started her career as a Controller for NDS Systems and now serves as the Director of Client Services. She has worked with NDS Systems for over 20 years and contributes her success to, "never giving up" (disclaimer: don’t be fooled by her tiny stature)! Jennifer attended the University of South Florida along with St. Petersburg College where she studied Accounting. In her free time, she teaches QuickBooks to startups and small companies in need of training. Jennifer’s true passion is spending time with her two Great Danes, serving at her church and being with her family.
Nick earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Florida State University and is a Sarasota native. Although his education was in the medical field, a new passion was discovered in software management. Nick has worn many hats in the software industry, from technical support to product development. This experience has shaped his high standards for customer experience and product quality. At Cync, Nick works fervently with the development team to maintain these high standards. To accomplish this, development strategies and procedures are driven by his translation of client suggestions and issues. In his free time, Nick enjoys going on adventures with his dog, golfing, and playing beach volleyball. Even though Nick considers himself a “Big Tech Nerd”, he will always have a love for science!
Jessica graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration / Marketing from the University of Florida and is a Tampa native. She joined Cync after almost a decade of experience in the factoring industry. Over the course of her career in factoring, Jessica's roles spanned multiple departments and management levels; she had a hand in everything from portfolio management to business development. Jessica's experience provides leverage on both the operational and client facing sides of an implementation. In her down time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her kids, husband and their rowdy chocolate lab.
Sean earned his bachelor's degree in English Literature from DeSales University and grew up in Connecticut and New Jersey. With a career and background in both education and technology, Sean's has acquired valuable experience in process creation, product management, software testing and development. As a skilled trainer with a great understanding of the customer's needs, he strives to provide exemplary technical support. In his free time, Sean plays soccer in our local Tampa Area leagues, and enjoys volunteering and running 1/2 marathons with his wife. He also loves all things related to PC gaming, music technology and hardware.
Tanner graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration / Finance from the University of South Carolina and is a Charlotte, North Carolina native. He joined Cync after 5+ years in the Asset-Based Lending industry, where he acquired valuable experience as a Field Examiner and Collateral Analyst. With a professional background in both the public and private sector, he has shaped an excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. In his free time, Tanner has a passion for personal finance/investing, enjoys traveling, running, and gaming.
Fatima joins Cync with over 8 years of experience in the banking industry. Over the course of her career, Fatima has worked in many areas of banking including Asset-Based Lending and Commercial Real Estate. She attended Norfolk State University where she studied Political Science before finding her passion. A New York native, she grew up in Northern Virginia, where she currently resides. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and supporting the Washingtonian Ballet as a member of the Jete Society.
